30 years of combined experience helping small to medium size businesses locally and nationally. Our focus is on the employers who are tired of losing people to a company that can provide access to health care and want to attract the top talent. We also know that the increased expense and decreased care of group health insurance is unsustainable. Our vision is to fix the U.S. healthcare system, which most people agree is broken and has to change, and make access to care equitable and affordable. We've done the ''carrier rep'' thing and realized that if there are quotas and bonuses at play, there is always a risk of not doing the right thing by clients. So now we actively collaborate with our clients to curate the right combination of employee benefit carriers and products based on the unique needs of each business.
